In parallel to the present medication a "naadan chikilsa" can b tried along.
3 nos of amla (fresh) to be consumed as a jucie with a little salt to taste (consume with the fibres-do not seperate the juice from the fibre). pls throw off the seeds when you make the juice)
Everyday morning before consuming food, also see the no food is consumed for next 30 mins.
do not stop present medication. and check the levels after day 7 and 15. |
