Tulsi patta is what we find in every house. However there are many types of tulasi like 'krishna tulasi', shweta tulasi etc. but what we have in our home can be considered as tulasi patta. tulasi patta is the leaf of the tulasi and can be used for many conditions. |

This certainly depends upon the requirement of the body and the age. It is quite obvious that in old age, yours sleep is reduced and in childhood it is very much required that it sleeps for more than 10 hours.
Adult needs 5-7 hours minimum. |

i think you should go for 'garlic' pills available in the market. Go for yoga and pranayama. They have been showing marvelous results in cholesterol. You can also go for any guggulu preparation being described in holistic medicines. |

i think it is quite difficult to firm them. However you can do some chest exercises and breast massage. wear proper numbered bra. |
