Don’t pick, pop or squeeze, or otherwise mess with your skin. Squeezing blemishes or whiteheads can lead to infection or scarring. It almost always makes the acne you have worse.Wash your pillowcase often and always use clean face towels. Dirty towels and pillowcases can harbor bacteria and germs that can make acne worse.Be sure to pull your hair away from your skin when you sleep.Try to shower as soon as possible after your workout since sweat combined with skin oils can trap dirt and bacteria in your pores.Don’t go to bed with makeup on. It can clog your pores and lead to breakouts. Make sure to clean cosmetic brushes regularly in soapy water and throw out old, contaminated makeup.

better go for abdominal exercise. lie down, bend your both knees, keep your both the hands below your head.
try to lift up your head without any support and try to touch the head to your knee. that gives good result.

get a multivitamin, specifically some for hair, nails and skin....it should help you out a lot. also, your hair loss could be attributed to stress. get the multivitamin, and try them for a while....if they don't work, then see a doctor.
vitamin D helps hair grow. |

Stand in your bare feet on a smooth and even surface. Keep your feet together, with your heels touching the wall. Beginners may find it easier to keep their feet 5cm (2in) apart.

Stretch your arms along your sides with the palms facing your thighs and your fingers pointing to the floor. Stretch your neck upward, keeping the muscles soft and passive. Distribute your weight evenly on the inner and outer edges of your feet, and on your toes and heels. Tighten your kneecaps and open the back of each knee. Turn in the front of your thighs. Tighten your buttocks. Pull in your lower abdomen, and lift your chest.
Keep your head erect and look straight ahead. Breathe evenly and with awareness. Experience your body and mind as an integrated whole and feel the surge of energy. Stay in the pose for 30-60 seconds. |

it is due to wrong food habits. follow this method for one month.yoga food therapy can cure it. you have to follow so many food restrictions.
you should avoid milk,curd,buttermilk,
icecreams,sweets,nonveg,eggs,fish,coffee,tea ,nuts(groundnuts,cashewnuts,almonds,pistha etc),pulses(bengal gram,blackgram etc) for 15 days.daily take 400gms of cucumber or 300gms of black grapes.,15 gms of ginger,15 gms of bittergourd.
If a person with disease takes above items,it will give strength to the disease and not nutrition to the body.Fasting is good for any disease. The prohibition of above items is semi-fasting.
our principle is all diseases arise due to one reason.it is due to negative eating and habits. Every patient has to change their life style-especially with regard to eating. People take strengthy foods under the wrong impression that they will give strength.Generally doctors suggest high nutrition.It leads to diseases. 95%of the people cant assimilate the food they take. they take care of eating ,but not on the free motions. A patient has to get two free motions.
our system is same for every disease,with slight modifications.A patient has to take light diet,that too which can give free motion.
Please see that your diet contains fibre material . you can also do enema in the morning(with warm water,dont add soap to water).
Sleep is not best form of rest. .Fasting is best form of rest. it will give rest to the digestive system.
A patient can do massage with water in the bathroom for 10 min to all his or her body parts.
Tub bath is also good for recovering from disease.

Eat something light, no-spicy n fruity before u start on long journeys. Avoid fatty and spicy food, Keep some Candy (whichever flavor u like) in your handbag, help at hand, U can take Tab.Avomine jus before u start your journey, unfortunately, it'll make u a bit drowsy, Best solution would be to activate your mind power, tell yourself u will not feel sick 10 times aloud, before u start on a journey. Even if u feel sick, just completely ignore it, you will b fine in some time!! and never remain empty stomach as it increases acidity and hence nausea. |
