mham07 Diet, yoga and exercises to cure neck, shoulder and leg pain
Hi Iam married male 31. I work in a BPO that too night shift. Can u plz suggest me some particular diet/yoga/excercise/oil to maintain my health conditions. I have pain at neck and legs mainly and some times on shoulder too.

Diet, yoga and exercises to cure neck, shoulder and leg pain  
Pranayama, Sarvangasana, Mandookasana and neck rotation is the BEST for you. Do them daily for about an hour and see great results.

Diet, yoga and exercises to cure neck, shoulder and leg pain  
Take Triphala churna 1-2 spoons before going to bed compulsorily. After you wake from sleep, immediately take 1-2 spoonds of amla powder. These two medicines gently detoxify and gradually strengthen all internal organs including muscles. Add small quantities of soaked walnuts, almonds in your diet. Have whole body ayurvedic massage once every month and take rest the following day. Listening to carnatic music as a routine will greatly alleviate tensions accumulated in the head neck region.
